After learning invaluable skills as a Sales P.A. in a top Newcastle Real Estate in 2002, Kris Peksis-Brown continued her sales career as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Raymond Terrace. In her first full year in Real Estate sales she gained her brand’s prestigious award reserved for the top agents – the “Alan White Club” membership and was Ray White’s highest selling non-owner agent in Port Stephens for 2004.

The following year Kris opened her own RE/Max Agency, and from a standing start, built the agencies offering to 65 properties for sale by the fifth month. Kris and her team went on to achieve the franchise’s award for Top 5 NSW monthly team sales 8 times during the first and second year of business. Kris then successfully and smoothly rebranded her agency to Global Property and later sold the business, continuing as the Licensee in Charge. This enabled Kris to return her business focus to her passion of providing innovative marketing, outstanding service to both buyers and sellers while achieving many record prices.

After a few years Kris accepted a new career move offer to manage the sales operations in the Port Stephens, Newcastle and the lower Hunter for the No. 1 Direct Sales company in Australia – the world leading and iconic brand Avon. Already having 12 years of experience in Direct Selling running her own businesses and many National Awards to her credit Kris applied herself to this new role rising quickly to the top.

Under her training and development her sales force achieved 1st Place in NSW and 2nd Place in Australia for this international corporation. Kris was promoted to the National Sales Coordinator for Australia and New Zealand position looking after the elite sales performers – a portfolio in excess of $50 million annually. Living mid-week in Sydney for the role became a lifestyle burden and, after successfully creating a major business case and initiating the project, Kris decided to return to the Port Stephens work/lifestyle.
